Most recorded Paxton deeds this period carried no disclosed sale price

Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 14 property transfers recorded in Paxton from Aug. 14 to Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: $94,971 and $200,000, both involving lenders or loan servicers as buyers. The median of the two disclosed prices was $147,485. Pleasant Street had the most activity, with four separate deeds recorded there in a three-day span. Several other filings were trust-to-trust or family transfers, or involved mortgage-related entities rather than conventional buyers and sellers. With price data disclosed on only 2 of 14 deeds, the period's records don't support a broader read on market strength or weakness.
