Paxton recorded 10 property deed transactions between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only two listed a sale price: $344,365 for a Paxton property recorded July 24, transferred from Kanyi Love to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., and $55,600 for 439 Pleasant St., sold by Carolyn J. Sliwinski to St. Mary's Credit Union on July 23. The midpoint between those two recorded prices was $199,982. Pleasant Street had the most recorded activity, with three deeds. Eight of the 10 transactions, including several trust transfers and lender-related recordings, had no price recorded yet, limiting what the data shows about overall market tone this period.
