With just 1 of 11 transfers reporting a price, no reliable price range or median can be calculated for the month. Several other transfers appear to be trust or family-related recordings, including at Shanadoah/Shanandoah Drive, Holden Road and Asnebumskit Road, while three more involved only mortgage servicers or MERS as parties. Based on the available data, the period's pricing picture remains largely not yet recorded rather than clearly active or quiet.
