Ten properties changed hands in Paxton between July 10 and Aug. 8, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds filings, but none of the 10 deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported for the period. Pleasant Street saw the most activity, with three transfers recorded at 57, 376 and 727 Pleasant St. Four of the 10 filings were not standard owner-to-buyer sales: one was a same-family trust transfer, one listed trustees as sellers, two listed Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as seller, and one listed a bank as seller.
