Paxton Records 11 Property Transfers in September as Sale Prices Await Registry Update
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Paxton between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but sale prices for all 11 were not yet available at the time of this report, so no price range or median could be calculated. Pleasant Street saw two of the period's transfers, the only street with more than one sale. Several deeds listed banks, mortgage entities, or trustees as sellers of record, including two Sept. 18 transfers naming Paxton Town and Mutual Builders Inc. as sellers. Price data typically posts within about a week of recording, so figures for this period may appear in next month's report; based on available data, deed volume was consistent with a typical month.
