Only one of 11 recent Paxton property sales carries a recorded price
Paxton recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data. Only one, the Aug. 25 sale of 114 Holden Rd. for $200,000, carried a posted sale price at the time of this report; the other 10 show price not yet available, which typically reflects the time it takes figures to reach the registry rather than any market signal. Pleasant Street had the most activity, with three recorded transfers. Six of the 11 transactions involved a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, including Wells Fargo, Freedom Mortgage and Digital Federal Credit Union. With just one price on record, the data does not yet support a broader read on market tone.
